This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. What you’ll be doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to help the people we support live as independently as possible and enjoy the things that matter to them. Your role could include:
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing
- Supporting people to access the local community, appointments and activities
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals
- Encouraging and supporting people to achieve their personal goals
