Shift pattern: 7am - 10pm
Full time 45 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Littlestone. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs while also mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans for service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Supervise and mentor junior support workers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
- Coordinate and oversee daily activities and routines for service users, promoting independence and well-being
- Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and personal care
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services
- Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions when necessary
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both service users and staff members
- Encouragement to participate in social and recreational activities

Cotswold Lodge is located in New Romney, in Kent. It offers residential support for eight men with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are located on a private estate, near the seafront of a market town.
